BEHAVIOR CONSULTING & TRAINING
If your dog needs help with learning the basics or has a behavioral issue, Behavior Consulting with Dogwood Methods may be a great option for you.
Sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home with personalized plans to fit your pet’s needs and your lifestyle.
We offer a variety of services and accessories to meet you and your dogs needs.
HOW IT WORKS

CONSULTATION
First, Ian will meet with the dog and owner to get to know each other and identify issues.

WHAT NEEDS WORK
Ian will evaluate your dog and create a plan of action tailored to you and your dogs needs.

OUR PROCESS
Ian will work, guide and educate you and your dog to make the right decisions. During this training process it is just as much a learning session for the owner as well as the dog.

GETTING RESULTS
Ian strives to educate the dog as well as the owner in order to get you the results you desire and to have a well balanced dog and owner.
TRAINING PACKAGES

After an initial consultation your dog would live in home with the Ian executing a precise training plan. This is a results based training. Not timed based. This fee includes pick up and drop off of the dog from your home. As well a go home training session to teach the owner the new skills the dog has learned and equip the owners for success.
BOARD AND TRAIN
PRICES START AT $2,500

Ian comes to the dogs home and works with the owner and dog on methods of how to become a better owner and pet. We can tailor a plan to you and your dogs needs. Then determine the best way to execute it.
TRAINING SESSION
$200 2 HOURS SESSION

This service is available to dogs that have completed the board and train program. The dog will stay in home with the behaviorist brushing up and fine tuning their education. This fee includes pick up and drop off.
BOARD AND REFRESH
$75 PER NIGHT

Your dog will spend the entire day working with Ian one on one. This fee includes pick up and drop off from your home.
DAY TRAINING
$325 PER DAY


ABOUT
Ian McCabe - Dog Behaviorist
From an early age Ian realized his passion for animals. He found his love for animal behavior when he rescued an overly anxious dog from a shelter. Not equipped with how to handle this new puppy and her extreme separation anxiety, he began his quest for knowledge and technique. After researching and reading top industry books Ian began his hands on learning. Working with local trainers and behaviorist Ian gathered many different methods and styles. Still craving more hands on experience Ian began looking nationwide. Training with top behaviorists coast to coast, Ian has acquired an arsenal of techniques and methods. Not only to train a dog but to communicate with each dog in a manner in which they understand. Ian continuously works on educating himself with a variety of hands on classes and theory.
